This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Baby Scuba Diver' costume creator:
My 9 month old grandson, Rhyder. Idea came from Pinterest/Internet. I made this costume using large water bottle, green spray paint, black duct tape, velcro, hot glue, felt for the flippers, plastic tubing and a pacifier! Black hat and goggles to top it off!
