My name is Irelin Belle. I am 10 months old. My mother loves the movie Hocus Pocus and decided I would make the perfect Winnie. Some of the costume is pieced together from stores. My wig is one of my beanies with cotton glued to it in the shape of Winnies hair. It was then spray painted. Overall cost $40.
