This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tanya, the 'Baby Gangnam Style' costume creator:
My daughter, Genesis, is 6 1/2 months old. She is 1/2 Mexican, 1/4 black & 1/4 Filipino but looks totally Asian lol So I had a tuxedo custom tailored for her & she went as Psy from Gangnam Style! Little stinker wouldn't keep her black, lace shoes on though.
