This homemade costume for kids entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Terrah, the 'Baby Grinch and Cindy Lou Who' costume creator:
People always tell me that my baby Paxton looks like the baby grinch... I used to think that was kind of rude but this halloween we decided to embrace it :) We dressed Pax as Baby Grinch and Vandy as Cindy Lou Who and I made the costume. Everyone loved the costumes and we hope you do too!!!
