This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristina, the 'Bad News' costume creator:
I wanted to create an understated cool halloween costume to wear to a work party and came up with he idea of "bad news". I used an old dress, that I removed the top layer from and then I have covered it in newspaper using mostly tape and glue.
