Bag of Pop Corn Costume

I asked my daughter what she wanted to be an she said pop corn ... challenge accepted... materials , red , white , very little black , and yellow felt. Hula hoops at the 99c store and adhesive spray, duck tape and spay insulation. Start off by Cutting the hula hoop and making it the desired width you want, then doing the same with the other. duck tape the ends to secure the cut ends together. Cut the red felt to cover the round hula hoop to create the body of it spray adhesive to secure it then the long pieces of white felt and spray adhesive to attach them to the body of the red fabric. Then free hand the writing and cut out an oval piece of yellow and a white piece of fabric attach all together with adhesive. Then cut a yellow piece for the top part and do the same thing to attach cut out hole for head and arms. Then get the spray insulation and on a cardboard or wax paper. Pray it out the can to create the pop corn effect and when dries attach to costume and done
