This homemade costume for kids entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kendall, the 'Bagpiper' costume creator:
Rae was a bagpiper for Halloween. Her sash and hat were sewn. I found the kilt at a kids consignment sale and immediately thought of her great, great grandfather John Youngson who came to the US from Scotland on a boat when he was a young boy. That’s where the idea was born for her to be a bagpiper!
