This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tawney, the 'Balloon Dress' costume creator:
I made this costume entirely out of balloons for my friend Amanda. She needed something fun to wear to a party and I make balloon animals, so we thought a costume made out of balloons would be super fun!!! I started by weaving balloons around a mannequin much like you would a basket, but left the back open where the zipper would go. After the dress was done, she steeped into in, and I closed up the back.
