This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ana, the 'Balloonist' costume creator:
My son John was a balloonist 2 years ago. I got an old basket, found the aviator hat (3.00), net (2.00) and the big ballon (8.00 pack with 2) at amazon. The filled the balloon at our supermarket (10). I also got some lunch bags to look like the sand weights.
My husband had the idea. We are from Charlottesville VA and balloons are pretty common in here.
