Barbra and Adam Maitland Costume

My husband Jeremy and myself are dressed as Barbra and Adam Maitland from the movie Beetlejuice. The masks and props are hand made using cardboard, newspapers, tape, hot glue, toilet paper, paper maché, acrylic paint, ping pong balls and a book. I started making them in July. There is over 40 hours of work put into the masks and props. The clothing and wigs were sourced from mostly “local’’ thrift stores. By local I mean in the same province. We drove over 600 km to find the dress.
