This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vanya, the 'Bath Loofah' costume creator:
Vanya Johnson- I needed a costume for that night and had tulle on hand. I purchased an elastic strip to attach the tulle and added rubber duckies from the dollar tree. The costume took 2 hrs top.
