Bayonetta 1 Costume

I am wearing my costume and the idea came from the 2008 video game Bayonetta, and i am dressed as the protagonist Bayonetta. I constructed the entire costume myself from head to toe. The wig was made from a store bought wig that i cut all the hair off down to the wig cap and glued it back on around styrofoam that i carved for the updo shape, and then glued the ribbons and chains on it. The glasses are 3d modeled and printed by me as well. The bodysuit was sewn from 4 different fabrics using a modified catsuit pattern. I made a pattern for the gloves too and painted the palms red. The shoes are second hand and i sewed extra straps on them and converted them from opened toe to closed. The Brooch on my chest and earrings are from an artist Etsy. In its entirety it took from the beginning of august, to Halloween day to complete, and 200+ dollars.
