Beauty and the Beast Belle Costume

My daughter, Melanie, is wearing the costume. She said she wanted to be a Disney Princess for Halloween and the idea just came together to make a Belle costume. The skirt is a no sew long tutu made with a elastic band and five rolls of tulle. The sash around her waist is satin cloth and hand sewn to the tutu. The bows on the skirt were made of two types of ribbon sewn into the perfect shape, and a little fake red rose was sewn into the center. The top is a crocheted top with rhinestones fabric glued on. Ribbon straps were hand sewn in with rhinestones fabric glued on. The off shoulder cloth was sewn into the top and is made of ribbons being hand sewn into a loop and then fabric glued into a layering effect. Then fake red and yellow roses were sewn on to it. In the center is a pendent sewn on. The shoes with white and I fabric painted them yellow. I replaced the shoelaces with red ribbon. People think she looks adorable and awwws over her. She is a diva, so she loves the attention.
