This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Whitney, the 'Beauty & the Beast' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I are Beauty and the Beast. My boyfriend’s (Beast) costume was bought online. My costume (Belle) was made and bought. The top long sleeve was bought at Platos Closet for $1.20 and the tulle for the skirt was given to me. I bought more at AC Moore/Joanna Fabric. I watched tutu making videos on online and got some ideas, so the bottom of the skirt took a few hours to make but I did it! The dress turned out better than I hope and my boyfriends mask was perfect.
