Beetlejuice and Miss Argentina Costume

Hi. My name is Michelle. Kenny and I are both 80s kids and love the movie Bettlejuice, so we were excited to make this year's couples costume! My dress is from a sparkling formal gown I worn on New Year's Eve 1999. I did a jagged cut just above the knee. Red long wig from Walmart. I cut the bangs myself. The Cape was made of see thru mesh, wire and glitter. Sash and iron on letters. All hand made. Kenny's beetlejuice suit is an old karate uniform. Cut and sewed to fit his frame. Black duct tape for the stripes. And wig was used last year's thing 1 costume. We just used grey and green to switch from the original blue color. That's It! it was fun making and wearing this weekend.
