This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Belle' costume creator:
My just turned 3yr old is obsessed with Beauty and the beast. I made her dress from a used size 3x dress I bought for $10. Her hair is very blonde so she wore a wig that was given to us. She wouldn't accept the ready made costume, she said it wasn't like Belle's dress. She talked her brother (age 7) ,into being the Beast. I am not a professional seamstress, just wanted to make her happy.
