Big Hero 6 Baymax Costume

My grandson was 4 years old at the time that I made this costume. It's the Baymax character from the Big Hero 6 movie that came out. I used a regular shirt and pants pattern. I used fleece material (because it gets cold in Chicago) and felt for the patches. His wings were made of cardboard and covered in the felt. They attached to the costume with velcro. His helmet and glove were purchased in the toys section.
