This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Holly, the 'Biker Girl on her Horsepowered Bike' costume creator:
My daughter is riding her horse Rango. The frame of the bike is painted pvc pipe, headers and gas tank are cut up shoe boxes, tires are rolled up swim noodles lots of paint and velcro!
