This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Bilbo Baggins' costume creator:
Baby Kennedy as Bilbo Baggins (from The Hobbit). All pieces were sourced form either eBay or Etsy and put together by Mom (Sam). All it takes is brown corduroy cut off pants, a button down, a vest, and some hobbit feet! I (mom) made the Sting sword myself out of felt.
