This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Billy from Saw' costume creator:
Our daughter Scarlet (Age 2.5) was 'Billy' from the Saw horror film series. She loves riding her tricycle, so I thought it would be a stellar idea to have her dress up and have fun! I got the boys tuxedo off of facebook marketplace in Texas and had it shipped, the makeup, hair coloring and gloves from multiple goodwills, shoes from amazon, I made the pocket filler and bow and we got the bike from an old neighbor. She had SO much fun with this and it turned out really great!
