Bioluminescent Jellyfish Costume

I made this costume by myself, because i thought it would be a challenge. I wanted to do something that alot of people would not do. It took me a week to make it. I made the top using an umbrella, then i taped a white table cloth on the top of the umbrella and stuffed another plastic table cloth underneath to give it the fluffy cap look. I then cut strips of plastic table cloth and pulled the sides with my fingers for the tentacle look. I then hot glued them to the table cloth. i then taped lights on the top and around the sides. (30 string lights total)then i put a final white table cloth on top for the cap over the lights.
