This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Black and White Photo' costume creator:
My 15 year old daughter is wearing the costume and she came up with it by looking at old pictures online. She is very artistic and loves to do make up so she spend hours working on the shading etc!
