This homemade costume for women entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Black Widow' costume creator:
This is my 2018 Halloween costume — Black Widow. I spent a couple of weeks piecing this costume together, which was quite challenging, given that I have arachnophobia. I can still remember having to take several breaks when working to fasten the long hairy spider legs to the back of the costume. I used liquid latex to craft the fangs and spirit gum, as well as cotton, to apply the extra eyes.
