This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emily, the 'Blippi' costume creator:
My son Bowen is a twin. He has had health scare after health scare since birth. His twin brother prefers to watch “Hulk” but Bowen is everything Blippi. Bowen has been struggling with health problems since their birth and I am so proud of him for all of his accomplishments.
