This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Bloody Mary' costume creator:
I made this costume myself. I took an old dress and a candle from the Dollar Store and splattered them with red spray paint and then I did my makeup ghostly white for the full Bloody Mary affect.
