This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Krysta, the 'Blue Icee' costume creator:
My 7 year old daughter, Kaylynn Wood, is representing the Icee! Each year we make our own costumes for fun (and the competition adrenaline rush!)
Over all cost was roughly $15 for materials but the amount of time spent making = priceless! 😬
