This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

I'm wearing the costume I got my ideas from Rio the cartoon and carnival. I crochet the costume and use cardboard for my wings everything is from scratch to the dollar store to Christmas ornaments to feathers offline.. my cost was $225
