This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittney, the 'Bo Peep' costume creator:
This is my daughter. Every year I make my 5 daughters costumes. They get to choose what they want to be and I just figure it out! Lol! This year she wanted to be little Bo peep! I believe her idea of being bo peep came about when they started advertising for Toy story 2 on happy meals at McDonald's. She said "mom, this is who I want to be for Halloween".
