This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Terri, the 'Boy holding his severed Head' costume creator:
Seth Fairchild my Grandson is wearing the costume.
I made it from scratch with a back pack a trench coat and lots of hot glue and spray foam insulation.
I hooked the backpack to coat and full ex with insulation poker his head out middle of coat . Back pack and foam made the bloody neck and shoulders.
