This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' costume creator:
My daughter had these glasses and people told me she needed to be Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany's and directed me to some very expensive costumes online. Not wanting to spend that much I found this dress in a second hand store for $3 borrowed the tiara from my niece and raided my daughter's closet and dress up bin. She was a hit!
