This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Broken Doll' costume creator:
My 14 year old daughter, Kaylee, is wearing the costume. She came up with the idea. She chose a "Dorothy" dress with white leggings to wear along with converse. She looked online for makeup ideas and then we went with our own creation. She put her hair up in pig tails for an added dolly look.
