This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rebecca, the 'Bubblegum Machine' costume creator:
A white T-shirt with 25¢ drawed in it. 2 pks of colored pom poms glued on shirt and a cheap toboggen..socks I picked up at a local store. Facebook gave me the idea. Total was around 15.00
