This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawn, the 'Bull Rider' costume creator:
My son wanted to be a cowboy for Halloween so we decided on a bull rider we made the bull out of chicken wire and lots of spray foam took some christmas lights and cut them up and add them to the eyes hooked to a battery
