This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alex, the 'Bullet Bill' costume creator:
My son Axle is a true Mario fan! He wanted to be Bullet Bill, which I honestly didn't think I could pull off! But, the boy had a vision. I found a 12" tube at home Depot which I cut in half for the shell. Then I adhered a foam dome on the top, and painted him. He was definitely the only Bullet Bill around!
