This homemade costume for kids entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Glen, the 'BumbleBee Transformer' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing this costume, she is 4 years old. The costume is made from Tin Flashing, riveted together. (WARNING) The edges are sharp so I used a hot glue gun on them to remove the chance of injury. This took roughly 30 hours to build and a whole lotta patience. I first built it completely out of cardboard for sizing purposes then traced the pieces to the tin for the actual costume. The wheels are painted training wheels, and in the chest is the voice changer and music player taken from an old Bumblebee helmet. Hope you enjoy it.
