Butcher Accident Gone Wrong Costume

Halloween is always a big holiday for us. Every year we try to out-do ourselves with a better costume. This year was not exception. My daughter and I were sitting eating dinner thinking of ideas, when we came up with the headless butcher. Creating it took some time and creativity. We attached two pvc pipes to a backpack. Then we cut a dummy child torso in half and attached it to the pvc pipes. Then I painted the neck a nude color, and then created the oozing effect from the neck with silicon modeling clay. We then attached haybale wire to form the arms, adding some stuffing to add weight and dimensions to the arms. Last we found some little hands to attach to the arms. We dressed the toros and attached the backpack to my daughter. Then applied layers of clothes over her to hide the whole contraption.
