This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenna, the 'C Breezy' costume creator:
I'm a huge Chris Brown fan (and I am a female) and me and a bunch of my friends went with a pop star theme this year for Halloween. The costume is completely home made- the clothing was already owned and the neck tattoo is done with liquid eyeliner. Face transformation came from a little black makeup.
