This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anna, the 'Cabbage Patch Doll' costume creator:
My daughter Makayla has the perfect cabbage patch doll face so we purchased a wig from Etsy and the logo iron on from EBay. Bought a pink shirt and gray pants from JcPennys. Ironed the cabbage patch logo onto the shirt. And that's really it. Total cost was under 40.00.
