This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffani, the 'Cabbage Patch Doll' costume creator:
We dressed my daughter as a cabbage patch doll because we have been told hundreds of times how much she looks like one. We ordered her the pigtails and everything else was homade. A smock dress, personalized bib and converted her stroller to a doll box.
