Cabbage Patch Kid Costume

When my daughter was 2, the Cabbage Patch Kids were all the rage, so I decided to make her a Cabbage Patch Kid that year. I made her a braided wig out of yarn. I cut up a beige pair of tights and made hands that resembled a dolls hands. I got a box and painted it to look like a Cabbage Patch box and even made her a "Birth Certificate" in a pink envelope like the real ones. She loved her costume and was happy to smile and put her hands up like a doll whenever people asked her to. This probably one of the favorite costumes I made through the years.
