This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debbie, the 'California Roll' costume creator:
My almost 2 year old daughter is dressed as a sushi roll. I used two styrofoam circles for each end and connected them with wood sticks. I wrapped the whole thing in white fabric. The inside is painted foam and I used felt for the seaweed. I glued orange poms for the fish eggs and finished it up with a ginger and wasabi headband made out of felt.
