This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melanie, the 'Candy Queen' costume creator:
My niece is 3 and I wanted to be something happy and bright so that when we would go trick or treating my costume wouldn't be scary and give her bad dreams. She loved it and we had a great time.
Costume was hand made.
