This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carmen, the 'Capricorn' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume, headdress made myself with aluminum foil, paper mache, paint and flowers. Make up also some myself with everyday shadows, lip lines, eyeliners, etc.
