This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rose, the 'Captain Spaulding' costume creator:
I made my son's costume myself. He is Captain Spaulding from The Devil's Rejects. I used fabric paint to color his clothes, I made his hat from construction paper and I painted his face.
