This homemade costume for men entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gus, the 'Captain Spaulding' costume creator:
The person wearing the costume is myself. I went to the thrift store for the clothes, and my wife put on the makeup with powder, vegetable oil, and food coloring. I was inspired by the coustume because I love clowns and Captain Spaulding from a movie the devils rejects was the most terrifying.
