This homemade costume for men entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jamie, the 'Captain VanGarrett' costume creator:
I am wearing my first steampunk creation I call"Captain VanGarrett". It consists of a railroad conductor type long sleeve shirt with tan cargo pants.A leather vest to cover the shirt and knee high medieval / pirate boots. My goggles I hand made with flip up lenses "with minion eyes" , various gears and aerials.Then I custom painted them bronze for a period look.
