This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christian, the 'Captain America Toddler' costume creator:
For one of our senior pranks at my highschool, I came up with the idea to have Super Hero Tuesday! My friend was The Hulk and I was Captain America. We battled in the halls after every period! But I thought it would be funnier if I bought a toddler sized outfit.... I was right :)
