This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Richard, the 'Captain Planet' costume creator:
The costume was for a network weekend where the fancy dress theme was 'what you wanted to be when you grew up'
Was easy to make, red underpants (with a peice of black elastic for the belt with small bit of gold materiel for the belt buckle), red football socks, blue leggings, blue body paint and green hairspray.
