This homemade costume for couples entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cristin, the 'Car Lot Flopping Flag Guy and Gal' costume creator:
Me and my boyfriend Scott. He came up with the idea and made it all from stuff we had in our garage-flexible duct work, colored foam for the hair and faces he cut out breathing holes you just can’t see them. They are 2 separate pieces.
