This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carrie, the 'Care Bear' costume creator:
When I asked my daughter what she wanted to be halloween 2018, she said Cheer Bear. I was crazy excited to make this costume because i have always loved care bears. I made this costume with the style of crochet.
